At Serve and Inspire Free Clinic, we are committed to bridging communities to sustainable, holistic healthcare. We believe true change begins with connection—by listening deeply, building trust, and walking alongside those we serve. Together with our community partners, we co-create care that is accessible, culturally responsive, and rooted in compassion.
In that spirit, we’re excited to offer, free virtual mindfulness series — designed to bring moments of peace and healing into your weekend.
❤️ Who Can Join?
Open to anyone age 18+ looking for calm, care, and community.
Whether you're caregiving, working, studying, or simply needing space to breathe—this is for YOU.
🌿 What Is It?
A weekly 30-minute guided mindfulness session will be held on Saturday mornings in English and alternate Thursday evenings in Spanish. These sessions are crafted to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect—no matter what life looks like right now.
🧘 What to Expect:
• Time commitment: Just 30 minutes
• Live guided meditations: 15–20 minutes, plus time for reflection
• Languages: English & Spanish
• Format: Interactive or listen-only—you choose
• Experience needed: None—just come as you are
• Free resources: Apps and tools to use anytime

• Time: 8:30–9:00 AM CST
• Location: Online via Zoom (video optional)

Led By*: It will be led by highly skilled mindfulness practitioners, each with years of dedicated meditation experience, guiding you towards profound inner calm and clarity.

Dr. Jyothsna S. Bhat is a Clinical Psychologist and certified mindfulness-trained professional with specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a full-time private in PA and NJ. Dr Bhat incorporates a mind-body approach with her clients such as cognitive work, emotion regulation, and breathwork while guiding them to build somatic awareness with simple movement exercises. She has helped to provide mindfulness training to nursing staff and health care employees, free medical camp participants, company employees, disaster relief survivors, during Covid19, with communities of color in NJ, and for youth and adults at her private practice.
